We deliver to all major pin codes across cities in India! You can confirm if we deliver to your area by entering your pin code on any product page. We deliver orders within the timeframe specified for a given pin code. Delivery timelines are measured in working days which exclude Sundays and public holidays. In case of delays, we will ensure that you are duly informed.

Express Delivery is applicable to limited pin codes only. If express delivery is available for your pin code, the eligible delivery option will be displayed during checkout. We deliver these orders with a 24-hour timeframe and a shipping fee of Rs 49 is applicable for orders below Rs. 500. In case of delays, we will ensure that you are duly informed.

To ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, locality and nearest landmark. Please provide the correct pincode and contact number to ensure swift delivery.

In the event that product(s) are returned due to the non-availability of a customer, we will cancel the order and process the refund as per our Refunds Policy. If you would still like to receive the product(s), we request you to place the order again.

Free shipping is available on standard delivery orders worth Rs 500 or more. In case the order value is less than Rs 500, a shipping charge of Rs 49 will be levied.Also, In the case of Express delivery free shipping is available for orders worth Rs 500 or more. In case the order value is less than Rs 500, a shipping charge of Rs 100 will be levied.

We provide COD facility to almost all locations that we service currently. We do not charge a separate convenience fee for COD facility.

The prices and charges mentioned on the mobile app and website at the time of placing the order are final. You don't have to pay any other taxes or surcharges to courier companies, other than what is advised to you at the time of placing the order.
