Refunds for the cancelled tests will be processed as follows:
* If the payment was made using a credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same account used during the transaction. However, cancellation charges applicable at the time will be deducted from the refund amount.
* If the payment was made using a mobile wallet, the refund amount will be credited back to the same wallet.
Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
Booked tests can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours or 8 hours before the appointment time.
Any complaints related to the test or service should be reported to MasMedi within 48 hours from the time of test or service delivery.
