If your order, or the items that you want to cancel in your order, have not been shipped yet, you may visit the 'My Orders' section on the app or website to cancel the order. In such situations, the order will be cancelled and the paid amount in case of prepaid orders will be refunded to you as per our Refunds Policy.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped, but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our customer care at +91 8879 89 89 89 or at customercare@masmedi.com. In such a scenario, we might request you to decline the receipt of the order. Once the product(s) reach us, we will verify the product(s) and initiate a refund as per our Refunds Policy. In case of this scenario on COD orders, a refund will not be involved since no payment would have been made.

Our shipments undergo rigorous quality check before they leave our facilities. In case you have been sent a wrong or defective product(s), please reach out to us at +91 8879 89 89 89 or at customercare@masmedi.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you have received a damaged/expired product(s), we request you to return the product(s) in its original condition with its packaging, price tag and barcode intact. We do not accept returns in other scenarios due to hygiene reasons.In the event that we are unable to issue a replacement, a complete refund for the returned item(s) will be processed. This will be done as soon we receive and verify the returned item(s). Your concerns are of prime importance to us and we shall do everything possible to resolve them.

If you have paid via credit card/debit card/net banking, we will refund the payment to the same account originally used at the time of the transaction. If you have paid by cash on delivery, we will refund the amount using Health & Glow online vouchers. A monetary refund to your account can also be initiated through online transaction modes. If you have paid using a mobile wallet, the refund amount will be credited back to the same wallet.

Any complaints related to product/delivery should be brought to our notice within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
